In the mouth it has a good volume, slightly unctuous, supported by a good minerality and acidity that give it an excellent balance. Very long finish, very deep and with slight notes of barrel.
Niepoort Conciso White
Winemaking:
A wine produced at Quinta do Corujão with some of the best Portuguese winemakers, Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal, Jorge Serôdio Borges. In this M.O.B White Wine the grapes were carefully selected and harvested manually. Complete destemming, gentle crushing and musts pressing followed. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The wine was fermented in stainless steel vats and staged in French oak barrels in contact with fine lees with regular batonnage for 9 months.

Bical, Encruzado, Malvasia.
