Conde D'Ervideira Private Selection is a complex, full-bodied and deeply tropical white wine. It presents velvety texture, greasiness, tropical aromas and soft citrus notes. It is a rich white wine from Alentejo, with good notes of wood, freshness and deep citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Conde D'Ervideira Private Selection is a white wine produced with the best white grapes of Antão Vaz and Arinto planted in the Ervideira's plots in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine was transferred to Hungarian oak barrel vats, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Conde D'Ervideira Private Selection is a full-bodied, complex and deeply aromatic white wine. It is a plump, unctuous white wine, full of tropicality, and balsamic aromas and balanced by citrus notes and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
