Vinhas da Invejosa is an elegant, fruity, and fresh white wine. It presents an aromatic bouquet with well-defined notes of ripe citrus fruits amidst delicate floral fragrances and mineral hints. With discreet balsamic notes, it also shows tropical fruit notes, exhibiting aromas of passion fruit, and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinhas da Invejosa is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes such as Fernão Pires, Verdelho, and Chardonnay. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, in stailess stteel vats, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vinhas da Invejosa is a mineral, fresh, and very aromatic white wine. It displays a bouquet of aromas dominated by ripe citrus notes, as well as tropical notes, delicate floral fragrances, and a balanced acidity with hints of tropical fruit.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
