Vinha da Valentina is a fruity, fresh and aromatic white wine. Exhibiting delicate aromas of ripe tropical fruits, it presents aromatic notes of ripe citrus fruits, such as peaches and tangerines, floral fragrances, subtle hints of dried fruit and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha da Valentina is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc, Antão Vaz, and Verdelho. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Sauvignon Blanc, Antão Vaz, Verdelho.
Tasting Notes:
Vinha da Valentina is a fresh, fruity, and intensely aromatic white wine. It displays notes of tropical fruits, ripe citrus fruits, subtle notes of very good quality wood, and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
