Alves de Sousa Pessoal is an opulent, complex white wine with outstanding aromas of macerated citrus fruits, such as orange peel, peach syrup, floral nuances and balsamic hints. It is a mineral white wine, dry, with a very solid structure and well-balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Alves de Sousa Pessoal is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes from the Douro wine region such as Malvasia fina, Viosinho, Gouveio and other varieties. After 2 days of a macerated process, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Alves de Sousa Pessoal is a white wine of enormous quality from the Douro wine region. It is a white wine produced with time and full of the winemaker's personal care. It is long, mineral, with aromas of macerated citrus fruits, very balanced acidity and solid structure.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
