Lou is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Arinto from the Alentejo wine region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures in 500 liters oak barrels. After the fermentation, the wine was transferred to new small oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Lou is a structured and complex white wine from the Alentejo wine region. Highlighting an extraordinarily open and rich aromatic profile, it displays citrus notes combined with the complexity of tropical aromas, balsamic notes and hints of dried fruits along with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho is an elegant and complex white wine from the Vinho Verde region. Of intense aromas and tropical fragrances, it is a structured wine, intense with a great minerality and an excellent acidity.
