Lou is a complex, intensely aromatic white wine that displays delicious mineral expressions and citrus notes, highlighting the complex aromas of tropical fruits. It is a white wine that presents balsamic notes, invoking aromas of almond and apricot nuts, and ends with very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Lou is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Arinto from the Alentejo wine region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures in 500 liters oak barrels. After the fermentation, the wine was transferred to new small oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Lou is a structured and complex white wine from the Alentejo wine region. Highlighting an extraordinarily open and rich aromatic profile, it displays citrus notes combined with the complexity of tropical aromas, balsamic notes and hints of dried fruits along with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
