After harvest the grapes were completely de-stemmed and crushed slightly in mechanical presses and then fermented in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. The musts remained for 8 months under fine lees with regular bâtonnage until filtration and bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Intense greenish color. The mouth surprises by the persistent acidity balanced by the exotic, predominant fruit, mango and pineapple. The finish of the mouth is dry with a refreshing touch.
