Passa is a white wine from the wine region of the Douro, with a mineral character, fresh nucleus and predominantly citric aromas. It has a creamy texture, balanced structure, citric aromas, and good acidity.
Winemaking:
Passa is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes from Rabigato, and Códega do Larinho. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, it remained for 5 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees, being later decanted, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Passa is a fresh, mineral white wine, full of young fruit aromas and velvety structure of the Douro region. It features good acidity along with delicious, and fresh aromas of citric fruits.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
