Pêra Doce is a fresh, delicately floral white wine with an elegant body and medium persistence. It displays aromas of white-skinned fruits, such as pear and Golden apple, with citrus nuances and soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Pêra Doce is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, and Antão Vaz planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Pêra Doce is a mineral white wine, delicately aromatic and of medium intensity. It presents aromas of white-skinned fruits, such as apples, pears and white plums together with delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
