Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, and Alvarinho from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it has stayed, for 6 months, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection Antão Vaz and Alvarinho is an extremely complex and fresh white wine. It is a white wine from the Alentejo wine region full of freshness with citric aromas, vegetable notes, and fresh aromatic herbs such as mint and basil. It presents a citrus bouquet with tropical notes, balsamic aromas, and highly polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Herdade Aldeia de Cima Garrafeira is a full-bodied and deliciously mineral white wine from the Alentejo region.
