Tapada de Coelheiros was produced with grapes from Sobreira's Vineyards of Herdade dos Coelheiros in the Alentejo. The grapes were harvested by hand, selected and subjected to controlled cooling followed by a light pressing. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. The wine was vinified in stainless steel tanks to show freshness and it was aged in French oak wood barrels for six months wit regular bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Tapada de Coelheiros is a structured, complex white wine with a predominantly tropical profile combined with citrus notes of grapefruit and lime. In the mouth it is dominated by creaminess and greasiness revealing a long and persistent ending.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Branco Vulcânico is an extraordinary white wine produced on the island of Pico in the wine region of the Azores. It presents an Atlantic character, with notes of saline, iodine, and sodium, along with aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and grapefruit. It is a fresh white wine, very mineral and saline with fantastic acidity.
Almotriga Premium is a white wine from the Douro region that has wonderful citrus aromas, balanced by the mineral notes. It has good volume and freshness, with lively acidity and a long finish.
Quinta Nogueira Reserva is a complex and intense white wine from the Lisboa region. Marked by fantastic aromas of whitebark fruits such as pear, green apple, and peach. It features mineral nuances, almond notes, and citric hints, like lime and grapefruit, a velvety texture, and an extraordinary balance between fruit, freshness, and acidity.
António Maçanita Alicante Branco Chão dos Eremitas is a monovarietal white wine from the Alentejo wine region. It translates into intensely citrus aromas, with tropical nuances and great minerality, resulting in a complex and silky structure with a large volume in the mouth.
