Tapada de Coelheiros was produced with grapes from Sobreira's Vineyards of Herdade dos Coelheiros in the Alentejo. The grapes were harvested by hand, selected and subjected to controlled cooling followed by a light pressing. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. The wine was vinified in stainless steel tanks to show freshness and it was aged in French oak wood barrels for six months wit regular bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Tapada de Coelheiros is a structured, complex white wine with a predominantly tropical profile combined with citrus notes of grapefruit and lime. In the mouth it is dominated by creaminess and greasiness revealing a long and persistent ending.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Quinta do Vallado Reserva its a mineral white wine full of herbs and floral notes, on the nose. It's a wine well integrated with oak, full bodied, with excellent acidity, good complexity and with a persistent finish.
Churchills Meio Queijo is an intensely perfumed white wine from the Douro region dominated by citric fruit aromas, fresh and intense fragrances and loaded with scents of lemon juice. It features lots of minerality and wonderful acidity.
Monologo Avesso is a white wine from the Vinho Verde Region, which has a remarkably fresh and tropical nose with light floral aromas and citrus nuances. It is a fantastic green wine, with vibrant acidity, very aromatic and velvety texture.
Esporão Colheita is a crystalline wine made from organically grown white grapes from Herdade do Esporão in Alentejo. It's a very fragrant white wine with white fruitness aromas, as apples and pears. It's complex, slightly creamy, pure, rich, fresh with an intense and very persistent finish.
Porca de Murca Reserva is a white wine from the Douro Valley who stands out all the features of the terroir. It's a wine that has lots of minerality, incredibly fresh, and very well-integrated with all the citric fruits that abound on its aromas. It has subtle notes of good wood that enhance all its complexity.
Pequenos Rebentos o Caminho is a white wine from the Vinho Verde wine region that expresses sobriety, elegance and harmony of aromas of enormous quality. It exhibits marine fragrances, notes of salt and iodine, tropical fruit and citrus nuances. It is a superb white wine.
