Quinta Nova Blanc de Noirs Reserva is a mineral, aromatic and complex white Douro wine. It presents citrus notes, with tropical aromas and balsamic notes. It presents flavours of lime, tangerine, notes of banana and passion fruit along with nuances of vanilla and spices and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Nova Blanc de Noirs Reserva is a white wine produced with red grape varieties of Tinta Roriz of old vines from the Douro wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 6 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months.
