Duorum white is an attractive, dense and fruity wine. It is finely structured dominated by exotic and white fruits such as grapefruit and peach with a clear acidity interwoven in the wine's body offering a fresh and velvety ending.
Winemaking:
Duorum white wine was produced with grapes from the Vineyards of Quinta de Castelo Melhor in the Douro. The grapes were harvested by hand, selected and subjected to controlled cooling followed by a lightly pressed. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. The wine stayed for 10 months in stainless steel vats, although 30% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels.

Viosinho, Rabigato, Verdelho, Arinto, Códega do Larinho.
Tasting Notes:
Duorum is an extraordinary wine, a blend of white grapes from the Douro, that originated a fantastic ripe and fruity white wine. It has apricot and warm yellow plum flavors that are lifted by acidity and a tight texture.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
