Ilustres Desconhecidos Viosinho is a very elegant white wine from the Douro wine region with open floral aromas. It presents notes predominantly of stone fruits with hints of citrus, delicate aromatic complexity, and balsamic aromas. It displays nuances of vanilla and toasted almonds on the nose, along with a delicious greasiness and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Ilustres Desconhecidos Viosinho is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes of Viosinho from old vines from the Douro wine region. After a long macerated process period, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has subjected to regular stirring for 9 months prior to being bottled.

Ilustres Desconhecidos Viosinho is an extraordinarily aromatic, enveloping white wine with extraordinary aromatic complexity and a velvety structure with delicious balsamic notes. It is a white wine that highlights delicate floral notes, honeysuckle and jasmine, with notes of white fruits, such as apple and quince, along with delicious citrus notes and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
