Doravante is a white wine of signature, which translates the aromatic expression of the old vines of the Bical variety, into the most beautiful experience in a wine that represents the excellence of this terroir that is Bairrada. A white wine of great complexity, displaying delicious tropical and ripe citrus aromas, along with superb balsamic nuances and vibrant acidity.
Winemaking:
Doravante is a white wine made almost by hand, with a special selection of grapes from old vineyards of Arinto, Bical, Cercial's varieties. Fermented using only natural yeasts in oak barrels, letting nature take its course for nine months, it's a unique wine for its complexity and personality.

Tasting Notes:
Doravante is a very complex white wine from the wine region of Bairrada, aromatically fantastic, showing tropical notes, passion fruit, banana and pineapple, complemented by fabulous citrus nuances. It is a tense wine, with very delicate balsamic and perfect acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
