Borges Reserva is a complex and vigorous white wine from the Douro region that presents a clear, straw yellow colour. It presents exotic aromas of citrus fruits and tropical nuances, such as grapefruit, lime, and mango, showing complexity and silky texture. It is a wine that develops a sublime greasiness and aromas of vanilla together with citrus acidity.
Winemaking:
Borges Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Gouveio and Viosinho from the Douro wine region. After the pressing process, the wine was fermented, at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred to news French and Hungarian oak barrels, where it has been in contact with fine lees, and it has been subjected to a regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Borges Reserva is a white wine from the Douro wine region with exuberant citrus aromas, with notes of grapefruit and melon nuances, revealing a lot of complexity due to the aging in French and Hungarian oak barrels. It presents enormous balance, greasiness, minerality, and persistent freshness despite the dry character.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
