Evel white wine is a wine from Douro with a beautiful straw colour. It's is fruity, crisp and bright, with great aromatic intensity. The floral aromas and hints of white fruit characterize this wine, something full bodied and with excellent acidity. It has an herbal character along with lively lemon and quince flavours.
Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-picked and unloaded. In the cellar, grapes are destemmed and crushed before the must have been cooled to a temperature of 10ºC. After this period, grapes are pressed, with the must drawn off and filtered for decanting. The must's temperature is then kept at 14ºC, yeast are added, and the fermentation process begins. The wine stays for 9 months in stainless stell vats before bottling.

Rabigato, Arinto, Viosinho, Fernão Pires.
Tasting Notes:
Evel white wine has a clear straw colour and it has a fresh and floral's aromas. Its flavours are complemented by an extraordinary acidity that makes the aftertaste wonderful and refreshing.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC - 10ºC.
