Santiago na Anfora do Rocim is a white wine produced in the region of Monção with white grapes of Alvarinho. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. 50% of the batch was fermented in Amphora clay tanks, and the rest in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior the wine to being blended and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
Herdade das Servas is a white wine from a selected harvest from the region of Alentejo with lots of citric fruit aromas, subtle nuances of tropical juices and a beautiful acidity. It has a firm structure, very elegant body and a very good minerality.
Taboadella Villae is a young and exuberant white wine from the Dão wine region. It is an extraordinary white wine, firm, fresh, and elegant, displaying delicate floral notes and balanced aromas of white skin and citrus nuances. It is a very elegant white wine with a young, citric, and vibrant acidity.
Aveleda Loureiro is a white-green wine with delicate floral notes, tropical aromas and citric nuances. It is a fresh, velvety white wine with very balanced acidity.
Branco da Gaivosa is a white wine from Douro Valley that shows a beautiful citric and clear colour. It is a typical wine from the Douro Region with plenty of minerality and a very expressive and elegant aroma, with white flowers, fresh pears, and light vanilla. It has a very good volume, it's complex and it has a very fresh finish.
Carvalhas is a white wine from one of the oldest houses in the Douro region, the Real Companhia Velha. It features notes of exotic fruits and vanilla and a small toasted note from the wood stage. In the mouth, it is elegant and full-bodied with a present and balanced acidity.
Oboé Reserva it's an intense and aromátic white wine from the Douro region. It's dominated by whitebark fruits aromas wrapped by wonderful citric fragrances, nuances of almonds and hazelnuts so well integrated into its mineral structure and on its great acidity.
