Caminhos Cruzados Reserva Encruzado is an extraordinary white wine that displays an expressive aromatic bouquet, displaying notes of orchard fruit, ripe citrus fruits and tropical nuances. It highlights mineral notes, salinity and barrel notes very well integrated into its very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Caminhos Cruzados Reserva Encruzado is a white wine produced with Encruzado white grape varieties of old vines from the Dão wine region. After stemming and crushing, the wine was separated from the skins, then subject to static decantation for clarification, fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It was aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels.

Caminhos Cruzados Reserva Encruzado is a complex and extremely aromatic white wine, exhibiting aromas of orchard fruits, citrus and tropical fruits. It presents a mineral aroma with slight hints of well-integrated barrel, and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
