Courela is a fruity and fresh white wine from the Alentejo produced by Cortes de Cima winery. It is a vibrant, citric style wine with a creamy character.
Winemaking:
Courela is a white wine produced with Verdelho, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, from the region of the Alentejo. After the fermentation process, the wine stayed 15 days in contact with fine lees, subjected to a regular stirring, and further 9 months, in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Courela is a light white wine, with plenty of freshness and citric fruit aromas and a silky texture.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
