Fita Preta O Ancestral is a complex and rich white wine from the Alentejo wine region. Young and vibrant citrus aromas and tropical flavours stand out. It presents velvety texture, good mineral notes and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Fita Preta O Ancestral is a white wine produced with white grapes from old vines of almost 40 years old of age of Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha, Arinto, Tamarez, and Alicante Branco from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine has been transferred to stainless steel vats, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Old Vines of Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha, Arinto, Tamarez, Alicante Branco.

Fita Preta O Ancestral is an elegant, complex, citrus white wine with a velvety texture, aromas of ripe young fruits, tropical notes and highly polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC
