Vidigueira Signature is an intensely aromatic white wine, with dominant tropical aromas and notes of citrus fruits. Balsamic aromas, notes of pepper and dried fruits stand out along with delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Vidigueira Signature is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Perrum planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 3 months, prior to being bottled.

Vidigueira Signature is an elegant and complex white wine that displays a complex and open aromatic bouquet. Notes of very ripe tropical fruit, delicate flavour of citrus fruits and smoked notes together with great acidity stand out.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
