Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Uva Cão is a white wine from the Dão wine region with a citric, mineral character, and an extraordinarily fresh profile. Displays citrus aromas, mineral, to lime, peach, and mandarin flavours. This is an immensely citrus white wine with intense acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Uva Cão is a white wine produced with white varieties of Uva Cão from the Dao wine region. After the pressing process, the wine, was fermentated at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with the fine lees, and was subjected to a regular stirring for 12 months, before being bottled.
