After the harvest, the grapes were vinified in oak barrels at controlled temperatures with long maceration. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels where it was in contact with fine lees, and subjected to regular stirring. After 12 months the wine was bottled and staged for 5 years into the bottle prior to release to market.
