Clandestino is a tense, mineral, and aromatically complex white wine. It displays a fruity profile highlighting notes of tropical fruits, ripe citrus fruits, floral fragrances, and very well-integrated acidity. On the palate, the volume and density of one aspect contrast harmoniously with the firmness and restraint of the other.
Winemaking:
Clandestino is a white wine produced with a white grape varieties blend. After stemming and crushing, the wine was separated from the skins, then subject to static decantation for clarification, fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It was aged for approximately 10 months in used French oak barrels.

Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
