Dona Maria Amantis Reserva is a complex white wine, with enormous aromatic intensity and a wide floral bouquet. It presents citrus notes combined with aromas of tropical fruits, floral notes and very subtle barrel notes. It is a wine with a velvety structure, mineral notes and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Dona Maria Amantis Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Viognier planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in oak vats at controlled temperatures, the wine has transferred to French oak barrels, for 8 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.
