Poças Reserva is an extraordinary, engaging white wine from the Douro wine region, presenting extraordinary aromas of tropical fruits and young and fresh citrus aromas. It is a complex, mineral white Douro wine with balsamic notes and structurally perfect acidity.
Winemaking:
Poças Reserva is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes from the Douro wine region such as Arinto and field blend's old vines. The musts have macerated for a short period in contact with the skins at low temperatures. After the macerated process, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, for 9 months, where it has subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Poças Reserva is a complex white wine, aromatically well structured and extremely well balanced. It presents delicious tropical notes, tempered by notes of citrus, minerality, a balsamic touch and delicious citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
