Secretum is an intensely fragrant white wine from the Douro Valley, packed with ripe citric fruit aromas, well integrated with its mineral notes and its great freshness.
Winemaking:
Secretum is a white wine produced in the Douro region with 100% white grape variety of Arinto. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature and stayed for 9 months in new French oak barrels in contact with fine lees subjected to a regular stirring prior stabilization, decantation, filtration, and bottling.

Secretum is an elegant white wine from the Douro Valley, intensely fragrant, with notes of white flowers, ripe citric fruit aromas, subtle touches of good wood and a lovely minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
