Textura Pura is a markedly imposing and austere white wine from the Dão wine region, characterized by amazing notes of minerality and extraordinary barrel. Presents a toast note marking citrus notes and orange blossom. It develops into a tropical bouquet, with balsamic nuances and very elegant acidity.

Textura Pura is a white wine produced with white grapes of Encruzado, Bical, Sercial and a small portion of old vines from the Dão wine region. After the fermentation process in oak vats at controlled temperatures, the wine has transferred to French oak barrels, for 11 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees. After this period the wine was transferred to stainless steel tanks where it was rested for 10 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Textura Pura is a complex white wine, aromatically highly evolved and deeply genuine. It is mineral, citric and softened by notes of extraordinary wood, tropical notes and perfect acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Montes Claros Reserva is a white wine that presents us with aromas of tropical fruits and light vanilla. In the mouth, it is structured and balanced, with a refreshing acidity.
Permitido is an extraordinary white wine produced from and exclusively from white varieties of Rabigato, from a vineyard in the Douro Superior planted 650 meters above sea level. Santiago na Anfora do Rocim is a complex white wine, full-bodied, ripe, and with citric aromas. It presents earthy mineral notes, salinity, density, and velvety structure, accompanied by a balanced acidity.
Portal Fidalgo is a white wine with extraordinary elegance, character, and aromatic structure. It is a wine with dominant citrus notes, highlighting notes of peach, grapefruit, and lime. It presents an immense freshness, minerality, and balanced acidity.
It has an open straw colour and a clear, shining appearance. An intense, harmonious wine, it has a surprising taste and a velvety structure. It possesses a long, fruity after-taste with notes of passion fruit, white flowers and citrus, with an elegant, persistent after taste.
Esporão Vinho de Talha Roupeiro is a white wine vinified in ancient clay pots that gave this white wine complex mineral notes, such as earthy and saline notes, together with aromas of orchard fruits, citrus notes, and light tropical nuances. It has a velvety body, a tense and mineral core and an elegant acidity.
