Quinta Dona Sancha Encruzado, is a white wine from the Dão region, which reveals a careful structure, citrus notes, balsamic nuances, a tropical touch and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Dona Sancha Encruzado is a white wine produced with white grapes of Encruzado from the Dão wine region. After the fermentation process in oak vats at controlled temperatures, the wine has transferred to French oak barrels, for 6 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled. It has aged into the bottle for 12 months prior to having been released.

Quinta Dona Sancha Encruzado, is a white wine from the Dão region, which exudes all the refinement and elegance of the Encruzado variety. It has a tropical and citrus profile, very fine, with extraordinary acidity and a balsamic touch.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
