Messias Quinta do Penedo is a fresh white wine from Dão, rounded, with great fruit flavours. Both wood notes and spices are subtle and it allows the ripe apricot and citrus aromas be strongly highlighted. It is a very fine white wine with an outstanding minerality.
Winemaking:
Messias Quinta do Penedo is a white wine from Dão produced only with Encruzado's Grapes. The fermentation takes place in used oak barrels and it stays 6 months in contact of fine lees, before being stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
