Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Lote 3 is a white wine from the Dão region, intense and complex. Of great aromatic intensity, it is a white wine of mineral character and of torn aromas to white fruits along with an extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Lote 3 is a white wine produced in the region of Dão with autochthonous white grapes of Encruzado and Bical. After a short period of maceration in oak vats, the wine has passed through 9 months in new's French oak barrels in contact with fine lees and subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being decantated, filtrated, blended and bottled.

Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Lot 3 is a complex white and mineral wine from the Dão region. It features a large aromatic bouquet, mineral notes of gunpowder and wet rock, velvety texture, and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
