Quinta do Gradil Sauvignon Blanc Arinto is a white wine from the region of Lisbon with a very aromatic profile, fruity notes, yellow fruits and citrus fruits and with residual notes of fresh asparagus. It has a well-defined acidity together with a delicious minerality.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Gradil Sauvignon Blanc Arinto is a white wine produced in the region of Lisboa with Sauvignon Blanc and Arinto's white grape's varieties. The wine was subjected to a cold short maceration prior to being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine has stayed in stainless steel tanks for 8 months prior to being, stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Quinta do Gradil Sauvignon Blanc Arinto is a white wine from the Lisbon region with good fruity notes, such as yellow bark fruits such as white plum, melon and peach, it presents a fantastic perfume to sweet citrus fruits such as grapefruit and tangerine, very persistent, with good minerality and a very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
