Covela Escolha is an extraordinarily elegant white wine produced in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes. Bright citrus color, it presents intense aromas of citrus fruits, velvety and silky texture with fantastic mineral load and clean and vibrant acidity.
Winemaking:
Covela Escolha is a white wine produced in the wine region of the Vinhos Verdes with white grapes of Avesso and Chardonnay. The grapes were subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. The fermentation process has occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and the wine has stayed in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees and subjected to regular stirring for 6 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Covela Escolha is a green wine with intense, complex and expressive aromas. It presents floral aromas and citrus fragrances, mineral notes, velvety and silky texture and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
