Lagar dos Perdigões Colheita is an elegant, fresh, and aromatic white wine. It presents intense notes of ripe white fruit, with nuances of citrus aromas, light hints of toasted bread and dried fruit, and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Lagar dos Perdigões Colheita is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Roupeiro, from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, some part of the batch was transferred to French oak barrels, where it aged in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months, prior to being mixed and bottled.

Lagar dos Perdigões Colheita is a delicate, fresh, and mineral white wine that presents a balanced and fruity aromatic bouquet. It exhibits notes of ripe white fruit, along with nuances of citrus fruit, light balsamic notes, and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
