M.O.B. Gauvé is a complex, full-bodied and very aromatic white wine. It presents a robust and velvety structure, with citrus aromas pronounced in a delicious acidity seasoned with tropical notes and spices. It is an extraordinary white wine, mineral, balsamic, with vibrant tannins and vigorous acidity.
Winemaking:
M.O.B. Gauvé is a white wine produced in the region of Dão with autochthonous white grapes of Gouveia from centenary old vines. After a short period of maceration in oak vats, the wine has passed through 24 months in used's French oak barrels in contact with fine lees and subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being decantated, filtrated, and bottled.

M.O.B. Gauvé is a white wine that is complex and absolutely fantastic. It is displayed in a bouquet of citrus and tropical aromas, with almost lively and vibrant acidity and balsamic and spice notes. It presents a velvety structure, with a satin touch, with huge tannins and impeccable aromas of ripe citrus fruit.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
