Winemaking:
This Wine was produced exclusively from the Loureiro grape variety in the Lima River Valley Region, one of the most renowned Vinho Verde production Regions. After harvesting, a slight skin maceration was carried out. The gentle clarification was done under low temperatures. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures 14-22 ° C. This White Green Wine, aged for a minimum period of 4 months on fine lees with a regular batonnage before the filtration and bottling.
