Cancellus is a light and fresh white wine that exudes citrus notes of lemon and lime in its aromatic bouquet, along with vibrant acidity and delicate floral fragrances.
Winemaking:
Cancellus is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, and Fernão Pires from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process, the wine aged in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months, in stainless steel barrels, prior to being bottled.

Cancellus is an elegant, fresh, and minerally white wine with an aromatic profile featuring citrus aromas of lemon and lime, along with floral notes of jasmine and thyme, and open acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
