Quinta das Marias Encruzado is a velvety white wine with citrus notes and a mineral profile. It features aromas of young yellow-skinned fruits, ripe citrus fruits, herbaceous notes, and a very refreshing acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta das Marias Encruzado is a white wine produced in the Dão region with indigenous white grapes of Encruzado. After a short period of maceration, the wine was fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was subjected to a regular stirring, in contact with fine lees, for 1,5 moth, prior to being bottled.

Quinta das Marias Encruzado is a rich and intensely fruity white wine. It presents aromas of ripe citrus and yellow-skinned fruit, apricots, peaches and plums, along with tropical nuances of passion fruit, notes of lemongrass and mineral details. It is a white wine with complex aromas, a velvety structure and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
