Foral D’Evora is a white wine produced with the best white grapes of Assario from the Alentejo wine region. The harvest occurred at night. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 8 months, prior to being bottled.

Foral D’Evora is a complex and very aromatic white wine, which reflects a well-structured citrus profile along with delicate saline notes and floral notes. It is an expressive, velvety white wine, with a very mineral core and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Terrenus is a white wine that expresses all the characteristics of this Alentejo terroir, exhibing intense notes of citrus and tropical fruits along with flavors of dried fruits and extremely well balanced acidity.
Pêra Doce is a fresh, delicately floral white wine with an elegant body and medium persistence. It displays aromas of white-skinned fruits, such as pear and Golden apple, with citrus nuances and soft acidity.
Quinta de Cidrô Gewurztraminer is an extremely aromatic and mineral white wine from the Douro region. Dominated by mineral notes, it presents a dry character with well-marked citrus notes and an excellent acidity.
Quinta de Cidrô Alvarinho is a structured and fresh white wine from the Region of the Douro that is dominated by sweet citric's fruit notes such as grapefruit and tangerine, flanked by aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. It presents freshness, good depth and good acidity.
A Laranja Mecânica by António Maçanita is an intense, complex and rich white wine from the Alentejo wine region. Presents maceration notes wrapped in notes of ripe citrus, tropical notes and aromas of evolution. It is an enigmatic white wine, deeply balanced and with a very elegant acidity.
