Winemaking:
Casal Amado Vinho Verde is a white wine produced in the Vinhos Verdes region with white grapes of Azal, Trajadura, Loureiro, and Arinto. The wine fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.
