Quinta do Gradil Viosinho is a white wine of tropical character and good citric notes from the region of Lisboa. It presents flavours of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, good scents of ripe citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lime and interesting notes of minerality. It is a wine of balanced acidity, fresh and long lasting taste.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Gradil Viosinho is a white wine produced in the region of Lisboa with white grapes of Viosinho. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It has stayed for 9 months in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
