Winemaking:
After harvesting the grapes were stalked and pressed, followed by decantation at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures for 15 days in stainless steel vats, followed by a stage in fine lees with regular "bâtonnage". Part of the batch was aged for 6 months French oak barrels (40% of the total volume), followed by a filtration and bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 18ºC. Serve at 10 to 12ºC.
Colinas Chardonnay is an elegant, velvety and aromatic white wine that is produced in the Bairrada wine region. It presents aromas of tropical fruits with notes of banana and pineapple aromas, dried fruits together with citric acidity.

With clear and precise fruit, and juicy notes of white plum finish with very elegant acidity.
Dona Maria is an irreverent, fresh and intensely aromatic white wine from the Alentejo wine region. It presents fresh citrus notes, with delicate and floral aromas and peppermint nuances. It is a white wine with a velvety structure, very elegant and with well-integrated acidity.
Adega de Pegoes is a white wine packed with citric fruit aromas and some notes of white flowers. It's fresh and fruity with an elegant structure and some density.
