Winemaking:
After harvesting the grapes were stalked and pressed, followed by decantation at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures for 15 days in stainless steel vats, followed by a stage in fine lees with regular "bâtonnage". Part of the batch was aged for 6 months French oak barrels (40% of the total volume), followed by a filtration and bottling.

Camaleão Sauvignon Blanc is a very balanced and elegant white wine that was produced in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes in the North Coast of Portugal under the influence of the maritime climate. Esporao 2 Castas is a white wine from the Alentejo region that is characterized by its enormous aromatic intensity, of citrus fruits and floral nuances, predominating fruits of yellow bark. It presents a fantastic aromatic bouquet, along with a great freshness and a well-balanced acidity.
Mestre Daniel Talha X is a complex and elegant white wine with some unique aromas. It presents a well-bodied structure, soft mineral notes, a slight hint of clay and graphite together with perfumed aromas of green apple and passion fruit. It is an extraordinary, elegant and very harmonious white wine.
