Herdade da Aldeia de Cima Alyantiju is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Antão Vaz of the Alentejo wine region. After a long period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, the wine has been transferred to new French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees for 9 months, where it has been subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Herdade da Aldeia de Cima Alyantiju is a white wine that presents closed citrus fragrances and minerals hints, expressing all its splendor and character in the aromatic intensity of the notes of ripe citrus and tropical fruits, which it displays. It is a white wine with impressive aromaticity wrapped into delicious scents of roasted almond and into the silkiness of its structure and acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Quinta do Valdoeiro is a white wine from the region of Bairrada packed with exotic fruit aromas as passion fruit and nuances of fresh pineapple. It has a silky structure with soft mineral hints. It's a fresh wine with a wonderful acidity.
