For the production of this white wine from the Dão region, Quinta da Falorca Reserve, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 29 days with 10% of the batch staged in French oak barrels for 2 months with regular battonage until bottled.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
Quinta Dona Sancha Encruzado, is a white wine from the Dão region, which reveals a careful structure, citrus notes, balsamic nuances, a tropical touch and very balanced acidity.

Fita Preta Signature Series Branco de Talha is a full-bodied, chemical white wine with nuances of earthy notes involved in citrus aromas. It is a white wine of great complexity in its aromas, with mineral notes, very fresh and marked by notes of lime and ripe citrus and lively acidity.
Aliás Bairrada, it is an extremely complex white wine from the region of Bairrada. It is dominated by mineral scents such as graphite, granitic stone, gunpowder and earth, along with white fruit aromas and some citrus fruits. It reveals a fantastic volume and structure interwoven in subtle wood aromas and a great acidity.
Floral and fruity aroma with notes of orange blossom and pineapple and citrus fruits. Good acidity and an elegant structure, producing a long and fresh aftertaste.
