Mirabilis Grande Reserva is a white wine of great complexity and aromatic elegance from the Douro region. It has aromas of fruits and white flowers balanced by minerality and freshness. In the mouth it presents fresh and intense acidity balanced by the robust structure. The ending is very long and persistent.
Winemaking:
Mirabilis Grande Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes Viosinho, Gouveio from the Douro demarcated region. After a short maceration period, the wine fermented at low temperatures in French and Hungarian oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine aged in the same barrels for another 10 months, performing "battonage" every 20 days.

Mirabilis Grande Reserva is a white wine from the Douro region that is intense and full-bodied, with notes of white fruits, white pepper, and cloves. In the mouth, it presents fantastic wood notes, balanced by the great structure and long linear texture, fresh acidity and present with a very focused, precise and transparent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
