Mula Velha Sauvignon Blanc is a markedly mineral, elegant, and smooth white wine. It exhibits aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, notes of tropical fruit, and vegetal hints. It displays a fresh and citrusy structure with a delicate texture and well-defined acidity.
Winemaking:
Mula Velha Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced in the region of Lisboa with white grape varieties of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was subjected to a short maceration at cold temperatures, prior to being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures where it was subjected to regular stirring for 2 months, prior to being filtered and bottled.

Mula Velha Sauvignon Blanc is a delicate white wine with a markedly citrus character. It exhibits notes of tropical fruit, mineral hints, vegetal notes, delicate floral fragrances, and elegant acidity.

Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
