Conde de Calhariz Premium is an elegant, mineral and fresh white wine. With distinctly citrus aromas, it displays notes of lime, lemon and ripe peaches, along with delicate floral fragrances and well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Conde de Calhariz Premium is a white wine produced in the wine Region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc, Viosinho, Verdelho, and Viognier. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature and stayed for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, where it was subjected to regular stirring for the last 2 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Conde de Calhariz Premium is a fresh and citrusy white wine, presenting aromas of lime, lemon, and ripe peach. Featuring delicate floral fragrances, it also exhibits tropical notes, mineral hints, and well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
The wine bottle should be stored lying down at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 10°C to 12ºC.
