Quinta do Carmo Reserva is a white wine produced in the Alentejo region with white grapes of Roupeiro, Arinto, and Antão Vaz. The grapes were vinified separately and fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. The wines were stayed for 4 months in stainless steel tanks and further 5 months in new's French oak barrels, subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being filtrated, decanted, blended and bottled.

Quinta do Carmo Reserva is an elegant and complex white wine, very aromatic, floral and full of citric nuances, endowed with a subtle unctuousness, mineral notes and a great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
