Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the region of Monção with white grapes of Alvarinho and Loureiro. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. 20% of the batch was transferred to used's French oak barrels for 3 months and the rest was stayed in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees for 6 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho Loureiro is an elegant, fresh, and very well designed wine from the wine region of Vinhos Verdes. It presents citrus aromas, some salinity, and floral notes. It is a wine with a slight balsamic touch and very refreshing acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.

Pormenor is a very elegant white wine, of great aromatic intensity. It is fruity, aromatically open, with aromas of citrus fruits, orchard fruit, and delicate floral aromas. It is a mineral white wine, with a silky texture and very well designed acidity.
Caracol dos Profetas Fazendas da Areia is a complex, enigmatic white wine, extraordinarily mineral, despite its very gastronomic aromaticity. It presents notes of tropical fruit, such as passion fruit and pineapple, iodized notes, citrus notes of grapefruit and mandarin orange and very elegant acidity.
Costa Boal Field Blend is an elegant, fresh white wine with a very open citrus bouquet. It presents notes of ripe citrus fruits, and light tropical and floral notes, such as orange blossom and almond blossom. It is a white Douro wine that presents some salinity, and mineral notes of wet shale and graphite ending with a very soft acidity.
Reveals a bright, straw open with citrus reflexes. The aroma is typically the caste, intense and delicately fruity with notes of stone fruit and slight jam. On the palate the wine is full, with a complex flavor, ripe fruit, harmonious and very long finish and persistent.
From Alentejo is born this nice white wine Monsaraz that is limpid, citric, mellow, fresh, smooth although with full of complexity at the end.
